Leader Khobar is the servile in charge of Vakkiri. He doesn't (at least, he doesn't appear to) fear Shapers, including the player character. He explains that there are three servile groups: the Awakened, the Obeyers, and the Takers. He also wants the Shaper player to send a letter to Ellhrah, but most importantly clear out Crags and Watchhill from rogues. He also give certain Awaken quests. He was killed by a Shaper who deemed him rogue during the events of Sucia Island as told by Learned Pinner in Geneforge 2.
