Herbs for Phipps is a quest given to you by Master Phipps in the Testing Halls.
Quest Text[]
Master Phipps, keeper of the forge by the Testing Halls, offered you a trade. He will teach you some of the secrets of crafting if you bring him some wiry moss and saltweed.
Walkthrough[]
There is no real walkthrough. Once you managed to find the wiry moss and saltweed, both of which can be found in swampland like Mera or from vendors, you can hand in this quest. There are too many ways to complete it to be able to provide any real direction.
