Greenfang is an Artila created by Shaila before the events of Geneforge 4. It was abused by its creator and ran away. A few rebels found it and brought it to Southforge Citadel. In Geneforge 4 the players have the option to take Greenfang along with them as a free creation. Greenfang is on-par with any player created Artila in terms of accuracy and strength, but the player doesn't suffer the loss of essence when upgrading it when it gains levels.
If players decided to help Shaila, Greenfang would leave along with her after the last rogues were destroyed.
If players decided to kill Shalia, Greenfang will either leave the player's side with her if the player's Leadership is too low, or will refuse to leave the Forsaken Lands and leave once players enter the Eastern Checkpoint in Illya Province.
